2 year limited parts and labour warranty.

Introduction.

We stand by our products and we’re extremely proud of what we produce for our customers. We’re also passionate about our riders experience when they own and ride a Forwards. We’ve real world tested and abused them to iron out any potential issues and as a result they truly are a product born from a passion for perfection. 

That being said, in the unlikely event of an issue with a Forwards we’ll always do everything we can to put things right and get our customers back on the road or trails as soon as possible. We have outlined below the details of our warranty.

What is included in the 2 year limited parts and labour warranty?

• The carbon frame and forks*.

• Originally fitted parts and components such as bars, stem and wheels*.

• Improper assembly by us when the bike was built.

• Labour and rebuild costs relating to the warranty part.

• Recall parts are also covered by our parts and labour warranty.

*The warranty only covers material and processing defects that already existed when the bike was manufactured.

What is not covered by the 2 year limited parts and labour warranty?

• Consumable parts such as drivetrain components including but not limited to, the chain, cassette, bearings, cables and brake pads.

• The paintwork.

• Accidental damage caused by a crash, dropping the bike or misuse such as using the bike in way other than intended.

• General wear and tear.

• The warranty also excludes damage resulting from improper assembly by someone other than us, incorrectly performed maintenance, incorrectly performed repairs or poor care procedures, damage caused by power washers or corrosion.

Further information.

• The bike must be returned to our workshop, complete for assessment.

• The warranty may be transferred between owners within its lifetime based on the original date of purchase.

• If an item is repaired or replaced under warranty, the item is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period of the bike. The warranty period does not start again in the event of repair or replacement.

Crash repair and replacement.

We’re honest people and we respect honest customers. We know that a crash is real pain, in more ways than one and they kinda ruin your day!

If you’ve had the misfortune of an accident on your Forwards we’ll do everything we can to get you back out as soon as possible, as cost effectively as we can. We’re only a small brand and can’t offer FREE crash replacement parts but we can certainly lighten the load for you. We’ve all been there, we’ve all had a tumble, lets work together and get you back in the saddle!
